Sorry.
This has come up multiple times. Efforts have broken down into arguments about definitions. What is proper, what kind of game Dom3 is, what kind of guidelines there should be for appropriate behavior.
The basic answer is that such a list is not likely to happen on THIS forum. It does not fit an official moderated corporate-owned support forum to place labels on players. There are however such lists on other forums an fansites.
