Elite Snipers
Hi
When I want to purchase a paratrooper unit with snipers, only the most expensive one is avalible. That makes those formations very expensive, like USA formation "Para Recon [A]" where there are 4 those snipers, 63 points each.
When I want to buy a normal USA sniper can can choose from costs of: 23, 38 and 59. For missions in dense terrain I ton't need those costly high-trained ones.
I know why the selection is limited. Regular ones have Unit Class 45 and the para one has Unit Class 143.
Can you add also one (there is no need of the full spectrum) of those cheaper snipers to OOBs so buying formations including them would make sense more often?
The same relates to "Ranger Sniper" with Unit Class 248.
I can understand that paratroopers need different Unit Class, as they suppress less during the airdrop, but maybe Ranger formations can use regural sniper list?
Similar compilcation relates to other countries with elite forces.

If you do not like the particular formations, then it is a simple matter to make your own edit with Mobhack. That is why we provide you the end user with a data editor.

Re: Elite Snipers
I like the formation, I don't like limited sniper unit choice.
I plan to add that cheaper one myself, but I have posted the idea for a consideration.

Re: Elite Snipers
It means I put the cheaper snipers in that class and made the change to the master files

Re: Elite Snipers
OK. After Andy's comment I've thought the idea is not so good and has been discarded, hence the confusion.
