I was also surprised when the skellies slowly ate 3 well geared Grendelkin. There was only minor magic involved.

Perhaps I got lucky then by forgetting (having 20 mins for the turn deadline

) to combine my forces at that battle by getting that earthquake off first as defender... I'm quite amazed how weak my SC's have been against what's basically chaff. This being my first end game probably adds to that.

Too bad my new global didn't take out a better target though

Could we extend the turn deadline by 24h from now on, please? I'm still doing my turns half-assed really.
