Commanders with Hunt for Slaves orders will also fight with a castle's PD (makes sense, since they're touring the countryside to ask awkward questions).

Commanders with hide or sneak orders won't fight even if there's no castle, and I *think* Assassinate also sends the commander into hiding afterwards. Not positive on that one.

No, they won't actually. They run into the castle. Blood hunt probably fails, don't know that. But they will not defend together with the pd.

please don't spread misinformation Kobal. Blood Hunting does not make them fight outside the fort, only patrol orders do. Soyweiser is correct here. also, ever heard of the concept "protecting your blood hunters"? especially for blood nations but also for everyone else who bootstraps into blood. by "protecting" it means building a fort at each province that you're hunting in.
