Otherwise we could use this occasion to declare Pangea winner.

Well, my scouting is just terrible, so I'm not really sure exactly how powerful Pangaea is, but I do feel I could cause some trouble at least. My army of Tartarians could probably give anyone problems at this point.

However, I have no problems with finishing off the game if people don't want to continue playing, although my Tartarians will be quite disappointed.

Oh, and kudos to Tien Chi for making life so difficult for me, that Master Lich was really giving me a headache
