I hope it is not rude to ask......Who is Don and who is Andy? From reading the forums a bunch it seems like they are important. By important I mean the guys who do the work to give us upgrades.

Welcome! to the forum of the best turn based combined arms warfare there is!
Developers upgrade yearly,i think it's more a labour of love than money.
Be sure to to read the forum rules carefully though, they are strict,and not catch an infraction.
