Though not explicitly a newbie game, newbies are definitely welcome. I believe myself, Kamamura, and Louis are all on the green side.

I'm about dead in another game, so I'll hop in here as Mictlan. Any thoughts on which map to use?

Alright. Looks like we are full.
I have not looked at maps yet. Feel free to make recommendations, otherwise I will look around when I get time today. Keep it small, and it needs water.

Ossya, on llamaserver's map and mod browser, looks like it might be a good choice. It is the right size, and the sea is not right in the middle of everything. There are not a whole lot of maps of the appropriate size, so the other option would probably be to try to get a random map that looks good.

Map looks good, though it will force you to compete on land fairly quickly. But if you're ok with it it should be fine. I'd recommend setting indies around 7, 9 seems a bit too high.
