Betrayal? I told you in no uncertain terms that I would have to be crazy to be your ally. I was perfectly willing to take advantage of anything you would offer freely to me, of course, but I did not agree to even a NAP between our nations. Now the time has come for Jomon to crusade against the undead, as Atlantis is having trouble keeping your power in check.

You asked for a sea province so you could get some specific national troops to go against Atlantis.

I m not referring to the Ctis cap i gave you as goodwill.

But well that doesn't matter much, like all those who tried to claim my lands you and your people will die in agony muhahaha.
