Forge some artifact with regen and put it on her until you manage to get enough research to put up the nature global that heals all units or you manage to summon a healing commander - i cannot remember right now, but there is one at conj6 (7?) that is summonable by anyone that has healing ability...

Conj 8 actually. Faerie Court summons a faerie queen with healing. You need nature 5, same as Gift of Health, so hopefully you have native nature magic on your national mages or pretender.
