Auto-Regenerative Shielding

I kinda still wish that I had taken the combo, but I didn't think that it would fit in with the Rage very well. I think it would be a kickin combo.

Armor skipping weapons
Kickin anti-shield weaps
Events predictor for system defense
Temporal Shipyards + Crystalline Restructuring = Cheaper ships, built faster
Shield boosters for system defense
Crystaline armor AND Harmonic shields = nigh impenetrable shields

And Temporal Vacation Service, to boot! Of coarse, getting all this stuff researched with the production modifiers ....
