Having now scouted your starting position momfreek, I think you've done rather well to consolidate and pull something viable together! Just as well nothing went seriously wrong though, as I think you'd be totally done for.

No reply yet from Sauro about whether he is still interested. I am inclined to the view that he has probably bailed, but we shall see. If he stales a third time, he's out I am afraid.
Working on the assumption that will probably happen, shall we AI him or does the power still look viable enough that we should grab a sub?

I thought I was doing bad with my income and 10 provinces...I can't imagine the populations that Helheim took over. Are there any people living on this map?

Apparently not ....
On the plus side, if you need to find some wastes to cast "Hidden in Sand" as part of your magical diversification strategy (quite affordable in CBM 1.92), this map has no shortage of the darned things!
