Many players need the such scenario,believe me.
Batlle Human vs Human can to create any "Historical scenario" for PBEM.
And still, if you play Human vs Human that let for Angolans side there will be less skilled commander - this historical !
Balanced scenario for Human vs Human - it isn't historical, so doesn't happen in reality of war.
