Province description

This can sometimes happen if you are spying on a province. Having a spy in a friendly fort that is under siege can cause it. Possibly also Arcos spying dominion.

Well, it happened this turn when one of my fortress got besieged by some random barbarians; and a scout moved in at the same time (scout/spy, same effect?).
Thanks for the explanation, I was just worried something had cracked beyond repair.
