The error is:

Unable to load datafile "c:\program files\shrapnel games\malfador machinations\space empires 4 mod\data\vehiclesize.txt"

I went back, overwrote that file with my copy of the original and carefully made the changes this time, same error.

I am making this ships MUCH bigger, they double in size for each bigger size. the DN is around 50,000. Is that just too big?
