Hey,
I've tried working on this for quite some time now, and haven't figured out how it works. It seems things like the bridge, crew quarters, etc. are actually hard-coded into the game, and that they plan on adding support for this later on.

Of course this could just be a guess, and I'm otherwise doing it completly wrong
