A quick google search brings a couple of possible solutions.
1. Try running DOSBox in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode.
2. Try messing around with the DOSBox configuration file. Specificaly the lines "output=" and "fullresolution=". Change them to for example:
fullresolution=1024x768
output=overlay.

Alt-Enter did not work. Changing to fullresolution=1024x768 and output=overlay did the deed. Baie Dankie Rosollia!.
