Just to make sure, is there anything else that should be done to lure in a substitute besides posting in the sticky thread?

Yup. Open a new thread in this (multiplayer and aar) section with a title like "sub needed for Pan in urrapp... " and briefly explain the need and situation. There are some examples in the last few days. Also there are other forums to post on (don't have the links with me)
