I'm delaying the turn for 12 hours. This is to see if Shardphoenix will submit a turn and to give me 24 hours to find someone willing to replace him if he doesn't.

I took C'tis capitol and killed his pretender, does that count even though he was AI?

Alright, I've finally updated the original post. The nations of C'tis and Shinuyama are no listed as defeated. I've already asked about C'tis and Atlantis has claimed the dagger with no contention.

I want to say it is Mictlan that gets the dagger for Shin. Am I wrong in assuming so?

Mictlan did very little to destroy that strong nation. (Other then lie, cheat and steal...)
