Ghoul - same as with Ulm, now that Lanka is dead, does the game still want them to run another turn? You may have to set the turn forward once you me and Helheim have all sent out turns in so that we don't have to wait for the clock to expire for the next turn.

Once you are defeated, you still have to send in 1 more turn.
You can't do anything, but you still need to send the turn in.

I think you can technically still send out messages to people in this last turn. So if you want to donate you remaining gems/gold to someone or send some really angry messages to people, this is possible. (I think)
