It's a bug we have now fixed. Timed V-hex points were being subtracted from the basic score total. In that game the Polish AI score should be 66 PLUS 873 for the Timed Objective points so the total score should be HUMAN 3470 AI 939 which would be a marginal victory not a decisive one.
