Is it possible to change the flag to the Swiss flag and also change the name to Switzerland?

No you cannot change the name of any OOB (its built into the code. as with the batlocs). The flag would need SHP editing.

Leader names - see the leaders text files (rank and names).

If you want help with that then look through the mods sub-forum, and maybe post there for help from other folk who have done that sort of major surgery.
