Anyways onto business. One would have to agree that something such as Atrocities should be built into an AI. Think of the message you would get.

"Lord Atrocities: We have just captured on of your worlds and irraticated (sp) its population. FROM the Eee"

Man that would really flame your hatered for them. In addition, it would have a demoralizing effect upon your own people as they would become increasingly concerned about such a thing happening to them.
