Hehe - was playing around...

USS Bataan (vehicle scale) Alone and with Units.
Done very quickly creating "bunkers" for elevators, SAM/RAM Launchers, landing pads, etc.



With a bit of fiddling could make it look better (get rid of some lines, etc). Use of bunkers allows marines, helos, etc to "board" the vessel and be hidden

When you release the files, I'll be happy to play with it for inclusion in my campaign. I need to know how many turns will it take to mount the 1/6 Marines.
