This is because 13 men is the limit for infantry units in SPMBT !!
THERE ARE NO 14 MEN ICONS IN MBT AND THE GAME CAN'T DISPLAY WHAT IT DOESN'T HAVE
SPWW2 went to a 19 man system a few years back to accommodate the pre and early war Polish 19 man squads but MBT didn't use >13 man units (........until there was more tinkering done to that OOB this last time around........... ).
I'm still investigating WHY this happened and WHY it was missed but ATM it looks like the old EXE's showed >13 as 13 and the latest does not...... why ? IDK..... this may take a few days to sort out and I'm not very happy ATM
