I just noticed something with the Italian roundel. I was playing a random created scenario, and the Italian roundel appears to have about 25% of a another roundel attached to the bottom of it. This other roundel looks like an outer red border with a white inner circle? I can't see much of the other roundel, but it is noticeable. Not a big deal, just thought I would mention it.
