LBM image importation help

I've already had some major help from scorpio_rocks and 152H55 in incorporating some LBM images into my winSPMBT game and am now seeking similar assistance with my winSPWW2 game. Attached are several images I hope to see similarly prepared. Thanks for the help! This should do it!
