It's a scenario glitch.........probably like that since that scenario was built. Speed is not something that shows up in Scenhack.

Now fixed........I THINK that unit was intended to be boosted to 9.......there are others that have been and it ended up 99

FURTHER EDIT.........I'm almost certain now that was meant to be changed to speed 9 and it ended up 99 in error. There are a number of units that Bill changed to make the Chinese troops a bit zippier in that scenario and it follows that was supposed to be as well ( but NOT 99......)
