Yes for test bed purposes for my monitor and graphics card if I suspect there's an issue there. Just not a game, with the resolution choices built in, it's also a great quick graphics system troubleshooting tool for me as well, though used rarely. You can't have enough tools in the toolbox after all!

For game purposes, no, usually set for what my monitor/graphics card will give me based on the game choices.
