Wake Island, 23 Dec 1941*
*
Date: 23th December, 1941*
*
Battle Location: Wake Island, Wake Atoll*
*
Battle Type: Japan (Assault) vs USMC (Defend)*
*
Description:
*
Only 400 US Marines & 1000 construction workers stood in the way of the entire Japanese 2nd SNLF Division. Despite being outnumbered & outgunned, the Marines made the Japanese pay a heavy price for the island. Wake's gun batteries took out landing ships, destroyers & even a light cruiser. It took several days of heavy fighting before the island fell. But, for the rest of the war the battle cry "Remember Wake Island" rallied the USA.*

Fun scenario but I found some minor map errors.

46,27 should be a wooden bridge but it is a ford.

11,27 and 14, 27 should be a stone bridge but they are shallow water hexes.

Please keep these coming.

Same problem in the next scenario (Hankow). The wooden bridge is coded as a ford.
