No Dust in SPMBT Tutorial

The higher the visibility the greater the chance of raising dust but as I recall we tweaked that a bit higher for MBT at some point so now you won't see the dust trails until you are in the 80's visibility.

Here it is from the guide SPMBT Version 3 2004-------

Vehicle Dust Trails have been revised to begin appearing in desert terrain and summer months at higher Visibility settings than previously.

I believe the write up for the tutorial predates that change.....I'm a bit surprised it was that long ago.....time flys/
