I'd be happy if fleets got configuration screens, where you could set up *multiple Groups* of ships, each with their own tactical orders, and then assign ships to each group as you wish.

So your beam-heavy close-assault ships close in to point blank and bLast away, while your missile and carrier ships dance around the perimeter chucking self-mobile damage at the enemy and your transports try and race straight at the enemy colony to land troops.

All in ONE fleet.

What active button? How is the computer supposed to know ahead of time which of the dozen or more possibilities on any given screen is the one you wanted?
In many of the screens once you have made a change such as adding something to the build que you are done. I would like the mouse pointer jump to the ok button.
I realize this is very centric to me and do not expect it to be implimented even as an option.

And the computers knows exactly when you've added every item you want to add?

I honestly cannot see how what you want could be implemented without inventing computer telepathy first.

BTW, why aren't you using the keyboard shortcuts? Hitting "Enter" closes most of the windows, for example.
