I found some errors in Russian OOB.

#1 Years ago in one patch T80 UM1 Bars was cancelled from Russian OOB.

I found unit 562 T-80UM-1 KMT-7, the mine clearing version of the tank, that remain in the OOB. I think we can delete this unit...

#2 Units 676 and 622 have no Nation number. They are T80B1, the version of the T80 without gun missiles.
