I knew the Brits has sent Starstreaks but there were hints, but I found nothing that confirmed that Stormer Starstreaks were included but a sidebar to that article you posted does confirm that

But the patches are locked down and in Shrapnel's hands and I am not rebuilding them again so anyone interested who does not PBEM or keeps a separate game for PBEM and another for personal use when the patches are posted ( likely tomorrow ) can copy UK unit 436 into the Ukrainian OOB into slot 299 and change the slot 1 weapon number to 129. The start date is 5/122 and that will match what I have already done.
And, as usual, the OOBs for both master games are already different than the ones not yet released but that is the nature of a constantly evolving situation |

Well, I guess Don is still " in the game" so I won't repost what he has already done. But yes, STORMER STARSTREAK is in with the appropriate START date as Don has suggested.

Potentially Russia will have a new 800-mile border with a NATO partner. Finland applied yesterday and Sweden earlier this morning east coast time. McDonalds to sell all 800 units they own in Russia but, they'll continue to pay all 60,000 employees until a buyer is found. Just not a good day for Russia.
