First, check which Release version you are currently running at the bottom of the first screen then apply the appropriate patch(s) in order.

"Slight" adjustments. Wasn't Russia 80/80 before this update? Seeing them at 65/69 makes me chortle a bit. Love the update so far, thanks!

No not 80/80. It had been 70/70 for this decade

It was never 80/80, unless you only encountered VDV/Naval Infantry. Like DRG said, it was 70/70, now slightly adjusted down.

XP and morale is more accurate in this patch IMHO, although I do have some minor objections. Good thing that now they can be easily adjusted the way I (and everybody else) sees fit.
