What's the order of rallying?

Myself, I never truely paid attention, assuming what I believed as given... It was just curiosity , which let me take a closer look at it earlier this week.

What's just seems odd to me is, that in all cases A0 never rallied anyone under a company hq, and that the order rallying occurs is neither truely top-down, nor bottom-up.

Not sure how the rolls actually work but as a rule of thumb that I play, if the suppression value is higher than the rally score of the leader, the rally attempt tends to fail.

So it also means we should be tactical with the rally attempts. Units that are too badly suppressed should not be attempted to rally since you want to be effective and rally those that will have higher probability of success.

I usually scroll thru all the platoon units for their suppression before deciding the order of who goes first.
