I think he was talking about changing the rank you gave someone else. Like say I gave you a 5 star rating. But later you were mean to me (this is all hypothetical
) and I wanted to change that 5 star rating I gave you to a 3 or 4 star. If I'm not mistaken that is what he was referring to. I could mistaken as well though.
On another note. Hypothetical is a big word for me!
