Is there a chunk of text missing? It seems like there's a time gap and change of speakers between the second and third item on the bulleted list.

Hmmm... I guess I don't see what you are meaning? Could you be a little bit more specific? I just copied and pasted from Word to here so it should all be there.

Edit: Ok, I added some more to it. It's nothing major but it sort of fills that time space. I put in italics what I added. Hope that's better!
