Re: I am bummed out
I was showing the game for a friend and I demonstrated the Diplomacy by requesting my strongest foe to surender. To my surprise he did. A nasty tought rised in my head and I demanded surrender of a race that I hadn't even openend fire at, since I came in contact with them afte the first one surrendered. He surrended too. My conclusion is that there's a thing just like the MegaEvil empire setting that when you're score is X % of the second, he'll surrender.
Very bugging since I only colonized half of the known galaxy and after that I just sent out any thing I had to find the remaining neutral's, and they surrendered on contact as expected.
