Re: Platypus: Noob Team Game Full
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but don't those little crowns signify "victory locations" and therefore make this a "victory points" game?

Re: Platypus: Noob Team Game Full
what i have been told is that crowns are victory points, but there is no win by victory point condition
BUT, crowns somehow spread dominion, i think like a temple with dominion 5. maybe someone who knows better can clear this up

Re: Platypus: Noob Team Game Full
Game is starting to get interesting, starting to meet people.
I definitely would redo start positions somehow if I were to use this map again. Having had more time to obsess over the map I value things differently, but I think its all good. I reckon different people would rank different starts differently anyhow. Also, not having scores visible is disturbing, but fun.
Looking forward to some interesting turns.
Also, everyone rocks. No stales yet, and quickly moving turns.
QUESTION TO FOLKS:
How many people here would be interested in another noob team game, perhaps with a bigger map to lead to more late game play? I'm not thinking right away, but could be fun to do at some point...

Thanks for the link. Believe it or not, since I last posted I changed my mind about how busy I am. So I think I'll sit it out. Have fun all!

Things are heating up! Remember everyone! Mictlan and Argatha are evil and undoubtedly the most powerful nations! Please gang up on them!

Hey! Not only are you wrong (Lanka and Tien Chi have a huge island that they have very easy defense choke points of ) but you're supposed to be our ally. Grumble.
