Re: Blood and Honey- new game for experienced players (running)
It seems to me that Mockingbird is doing too good a job with the game. I'm getting trashed by him, little by little. I don't have scouts all over the world, but it looks like Vanheim is getting the same treatment. My ally Lanka got (after a good start!) a bloody nose last turn as well. About Sauromatia i'm not really sure.
Anyway, i'm willing to keep playing as i consider this ***-whooping a fun way to learn more. But i do also think that Mockingbird has a very strong position and claim for victory. What do you think?

It will take a long time for me to attempt another attack, especially with my meagre holdings. I'm not realistically in contention for win here and will accept conceding if needed.

Re: Blood and Honey- new game for experienced players (running)
I'm not having any success against Atlantis either. I will continue to jab and try stuff, but I don't seem to be able to move him back. Whatever people think is fine with me. The game was fun and is still a good learning tool, but the conclusion is not in doubt and we are just grinding down now. I've long ago stopped sending out new spies - all they ever find is more Atlantis forts.

Re: Blood and Honey- new game for experienced players (running)
I have a pretty busy work schedule these days so I'm happy to take the win by concession rather than grind it out.
It's been a fun game and I definitely had my work cut out for me once it turned into a 4-on-1 war.

Shall we call it a game then?

So are we decided? Will the moderator then close the game?

Well everyone else seems to be in favor of calling the game. To avoid unnecessary work I would propose postponing the hosting until we hear from Van.
