Re: Epic Battles(PBEM) - Game on!
I'd be okay with 72-hour hosting.

the kernel makes his move! be sure to cut Pan in on your newfound wealth.
I am happy to keep it at 48 hours and just be liberal with extensions as needed.

Did someone just cast Wrath of the Sea or is that just flooding from all of the crocodile tears shed by Pangaea's propaganda ministry?

Abysia welcomes the noble nation of Arcoscephale to the fight against Pangean tyranny!
United the nations of the world will surely (well, hopefully) prevail against Pan's army of tartarians.
In other news, the Abysian military command has been ... retired ... due to complete incompetence in the waging of this war.

Re: Epic Battles(PBEM) - Game on!
Our thread slipped to the 2nd page so thought I'd take this opportunity to check in with all my foes. How are those old mages holding up?

What old mages? All my mages are demonbreds. Oh right, I used to have these things called warlocks. Curse you, Pan!
On the bright side, it does help on upkeep costs, which has become an issue given my rapidly decreasing number of provinces.

Re: Epic Battles(PBEM) - Game on!
You may have noticed that the Arcane Nexus disappeared - thanks to its caster being one of the first Astrologers afflicted by BoT. Least they've managed to take some of your commanders to Hades with them, courtesy of Mind Hunt.
But, why I am telling you this? So that all your two-legged goats can gloat?
(I'll second Valerius' comment about it helping upkeep. Suiciding droves of my predecessors' chariots into your territories also helps a bit.)

Abysia is pleased to announce ... well not quite a victory but at least we gave as good as we got. Admittedly, our castle is still under siege but it's better than the other battles in this war have gone for us.
