Re: Newbie PBEM - looking for players. Possibly RP
I also have no idea, but I posted and asked for help on the main forum. I'm simply afraid that it's not the turn files that contain all the data and that I should have made backup of the main file.

I'm taking the technical discussion to the thread in the main forum.

Re: Newbie PBEM - looking for players. Possibly RP
Okay, I tested it with a hotseat game. Goblyn, if you rehost using the 2h and trn files from turn 15, it WILL work despite the fact it shows us as not having any moves. What happens is, turn 15 will work fine, all of us except you will stale turn 16, and turn 17 will be back to normal.
In other words, if you yourself don't do any moves on turn 16, we should all be fine. The only problem is, we won't be able to rehire mercenaries or give orders on turn 16 (I see a bunch of them will have to be rehired on turn 16), but I think that's a small price to pay.
EDIT - We'll probably also miss the turn 16 battle reports, if any. Still, at least the battles will work. Might be a good idea to back up the whole folder for this turn.

So that mean we should wait for a new *.trn file before submitting our next turn then?

Sorry for stalling, but I'm back now. I've sent the .2h file for turn 16 now but can redo them if neccessary.

If that's okay with everyone (including Goblyn), then I guess so.
Saarud, might not need to submit turn 16...

So what is going on then? I sent orders for turn 16. but if they are not used that's fine, I just hope the game doesn't stall here for too long.

So what's up? When are we going to get our next .trn file?

Yeah, what's to be done? C. Goblyn, could you give us some update?
