Try the security forum on BBR:

BBR Security Forum

I lurk there constantly and post occasionally. The guys there are very good. You don't -have- to register to post to the forum, you can post anonymously if you want.

BBR's security forum boasts several AT authors and virus analyzers, along with representatives of many software companies. They're always on their toes. I don't doubt that SOMEONE there will be able to answer your questions. They also have a good FAQ.

Gotta be careful with internet security - i would prefer microsoft spend a lot more tiem and $$$ into making windows related software safer for Users. But that is why i have linux as an alternative operating system - must less crap and so forth.
