Wish question

I think they were meant to be really unremovable. On the other hand, I would like to see a Wish that hands lots of curses/horror marks to your enemies... To units and commanders alike, with no mr roll!

It might be amusing to have a global enchantment which randomly doled out curses and horror marks until dispelled. The end is nigh!

Scales of Fate
Tips the scales of fate in your nation's favor. Units of enemy nations will have a chance of getting cursed/horror marked every turn. Bad events are more frequent in enemy provinces and less so in your own.

Kind of like Wrath of God, except with curses and horror marks instead of lightning bolts

Whoa, that's actually a really cool idea. Might be a little mean with something like Astral Corruption up; more Horror attacks plus more Horror marks doesn't sound very fun.

Although it'd be cool with spells that target a Horror mark from a distance, like Manifestation and Send Horror. Yet another reason for me to wish for more modding tools.
