Hmmmm.......I thought I put them in. I'm almost 100% sure I did and I know it was on the "to-do" list. I can only surmise I must not have "saved" the change or it just didn't accept it. I have seen this before where we knew with 100% certainty that the work had been done yet the change was not there.
On the "to-do" again then....

Minor PB in french OOB: Unit 602 VAB VOA icon is not centered in game. Right corner of the icon on the center of the hex.

Oops.....
There is a block of 7 of them that I missed setting up the hot points. I'll issue a revised SHP file this week sometime

I thank for updated WinSPMBT, WinSPWW2 ! 
I wish you in the future if it will be, to work with group of players - testers (volunteers for certain will be much) for search of usual discrepancies in new patches (besides if such will be). 
I understand as it difficultly to communicate with such quantity different on character and a nationality of players, but we are ready to help you with development of these remarkable games !
