 Darn, I thought for some reason catgod displayed unused points.  But it does display all the attributes.  If you can find a volunteer not in the game to check the .2h files, maybe llamabeast could mail the turn 0 set of .2h files to him and he could check?
 catgod is probably a lot easier and more accurate than looking at the home provinces.

 Ah, you've fallen into a common trap there vfb. 
Fiddy comes from an ancient Sanskrit word originally meaning 'scent' or 'perfume'.  Tree-fiddy is of course a fiddy that comes from trees - in the ancient middle east this would normally have referred to frankincense (a valuable and strongly scented tree resin), and thus we can see that Omnirizon is making a reference to the forthcoming Christmastide.
 
In juxtaposing the approaching festive season with the image of the Loch Ness monster, the introductory text is actually a subtle yet hilarious satire on the increasing commercialisation of Christmas.  
 
I have no idea what the game rules are, though.
