Just wanted to add, don't enjoy contacting support (though they were very helpful before)
Hehehe, I wonder why.
Well you have my support, those management people know why probably...

Re: UI disappears
I dont think that loading a legal copy is going to change your games. But Im not sure if thats going to be a good thing or a bad thing.
The protection seems tied entirely to the key.
On the other hand, most of the games "thinking" it tied to the fthrland file which is created in the first turn.
Replacing the key file with a good one might make things better.
But the games you are already playing may have already decided to punish you and that might be hard-coded into the game you are playing.
Im sorry that isnt much help but its not a part of the game Ive tested
In any case, the new games you start should work MUCH better.

Just so you know, you might get banned and have to make another forum account. That's just how the Shrapnel admins are.

Re: UI disappears
He was going to buy the game anyway even just to show his support to so affectionate devs, their way to make games with so much love and attention which is so unlikely to find around, and their great support for years, I can suppose?

Re: UI disappears
I think that most of the closed accounts have been from those who waved the pirate flag, more than those that denounced it

Re: UI disappears
Well I can't claim too much credit. I should have bought the game earlier. But I'll be sure to use my new found acceptance into the community; I've got lots of questions about the game, and who knows, maybe I'll be able to put in some of my own input (that phrase paralleled nicely).
