I took down the download link a long time ago so that I could improve upon the look.

I haven't improved much, unfortunately. You can still download the old Version at the PBW data file library.

Sol Coalition is the name. PBW is where you can get it. I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago in this message (You replied to it earlier but missed this part I think).
