Thanks. Once I've run the turn, I need to "Upload Replacement Turn", right? Do I need to click "REPLACE current turn"?

No, don't click the "Replace current turn". If you do then PBW does not increment the turn number when you upload. This wont have any real effect on the game, but it might confuse some of your players because the PBW and the actual in game turn will be different. That is used in cases where something got screwed up with processing and you want to rerun the Last turn or something.
