Re: Global Domination
C'mon - lets rank everyone not just by number of Posts...
<$.02>
Doesn't 'time-in-grade' count for anything? I think you ought to multiply your Posts by the reciprocal of your member #. Then multiply that by 100. Mine would be:
(547 Posts * (1/member # 638)) * 100 = 85.74
Isn't that kinda how they rate quarterbacks?

No, I'm NOT a troll....

Re: Global Domination
Hmm, never even noticed the number of Posts area. I couldn't even tell you the number of times I've posted. But I wonder. Shouldn't you be graded upon the quality of the post, and not the quantity? But you'll probably be seeing less of my Posts anyway for the forseeable future. My computer got zapped by lightning the other day, and I think it's dead. It may take me awhile to get another one. Hopefully my external HD didn't get trashed as well. That's where I was keeping all of my Space Empires 4 files. So I'll try to keep up to date through my computer at work, but I don't know how often I can do that.

Re: Global Domination
Ratings are a popularity contest, nothing more. They hold very little, if any, value. Rank just shows how much you babble. I do so quite a bit.

First let me say Congratulations, my Lord!
Now, what to do about your avatar? hmmm,...

How about this, My Liege. I believe it now reflects your new status!

Re: Global Domination
Congratulations for blabbering too much? Ok, thanks!
We are pleased by our new avatar. Maybe it could use a cool looking planet from the Image Mod instead.

Pick a planet and point me in the right direction and I'll see about shrinking it and placing it on your avatar.
You could clip it and send the planet pic to me via e-mail if you wish. That would save me some guesswork!
Cheers!

*SpecOps move about silently... watching...*
Who REALLY is in control here?!
Hahaha!
